Seller Payment Policy – MaBlesser Market
Welcome to MaBlesser Market! We are committed to providing a secure, fair, and reliable payment system for all our sellers across South Africa.
💰 How Payments Work
- All customer payments are processed securely through our platform (Yoco).
- Payments are received by MaBlesser Market first.
- Sellers earn money after a successful order is completed.
- Funds are paid directly to the seller’s bank account.
⏳ When Payment Starts
Payment processing begins only after the order is marked as “Completed”.
- This happens after the product has been successfully delivered to the customer.
- Delivery time is not included in the payment processing period.
This ensures safe and trusted transactions for both buyers and sellers.
📅 Payment Schedule
- Payments are processed every Friday.
- Sellers receive their funds within 1–5 days after the order is completed.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before Friday will be included in that week’s payout.
💵 Minimum Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: R100
- Sellers must reach at least R100 before requesting payment.
🏦 Payment Method
- All payments are made via Bank Transfer (EFT) only.
- Sellers must provide correct bank details to receive payments.
📌 How to Add Bank Details
- Login to your seller dashboard
- Go to Settings → Payment
- Enter:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- Account Type (Savings / Current / Business)
- Click Save
🔄 How to Request Withdrawal
- Login to your seller dashboard
- Go to Withdrawal
- Click Request Withdrawal
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw
- Submit your request
✔ What Happens Next
- Your withdrawal request is reviewed by the admin
- Payment is sent via bank transfer (EFT)
- Your request status will be updated to Paid
💸 Withdrawal & Processing
- Payments are handled manually by MaBlesser Market
- A small processing fee may apply (if enabled)
- Incorrect bank details may delay your payment

- Payments are only processed after successful delivery
- Withdrawal requests are processed weekly
