MaBlesser Collection provides a safe, secure, and convenient warehouse collection point for customers, online stores, and courier companies. We are based in Kanyamazane, Mbombela, Mpumalanga, and aim to make parcel collection easier for people who are at work, away from home, or need a trusted place to receive their parcels.

  1. Our Service

MaBlesser Collection offers a secure location where customers can receive and collect parcels.

Whether you are:

At work during the day,

Living far from the main road,

Travelling,

Or simply need a safe place to receive your parcel,

  1. Before Sending Your Parcel

Before sending a parcel to MaBlesser Collection, customers or courier companies should notify us first by WhatsApp or email.

This helps us prepare for your parcel and confirm that we are ready to receive it.

  1. Parcel Packaging

Customers are responsible for ensuring that parcels are properly packed and protected before shipping.

MaBlesser Collection is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or insufficient protection during transport.

  1. Collection Administration Fee

A R10 administration fee is charged per customer visit, not per parcel.

Examples:

1 customer collecting 1 parcel = R10

1 customer collecting 3 parcels = R10

1 customer collecting 10 parcels = R10

The administration fee covers:

Receiving parcels

Secure storage

Customer assistance

Parcel handling

Collection services

  1. Payment Methods

Customers may pay the R10 administration fee by:

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Cash (Hand-to-Hand Payment)

If paying by EFT, payment should be completed before or at the time of collection.

  1. Customer Rights

Customers have the right to:

Ask questions about our services.

Ask about the collection fee before sending a parcel.

Contact us for assistance through WhatsApp or email.

Receive friendly and professional customer service.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Notify MaBlesser Collection before sending a parcel whenever possible.

Provide accurate contact information.

Collect parcels within the agreed collection period.

Bring any required collection reference or proof of identity if requested.

  1. Liability

MaBlesser Collection will take reasonable care of every parcel stored at our warehouse.

However, MaBlesser Market will not be responsible for:

Courier delays.

Incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Damage caused by poor packaging.

Events beyond our reasonable control.
