Before sending your parcel, notify us by WhatsApp or email and provide your reference number.
Send your parcel using any courier company to our collection address.
We will notify you when your parcel arrives.
Visit our collection point during business hours and collect your parcel.
Collection Fee
The collection administration fee is R10 per customer booking, not per parcel.
For example:
1 customer + 1 parcel = R10
1 customer + 3 parcels = R10
1 customer + 10 parcels = R10
